- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I found out that the BHA cut payments they were making on a property that I rent out. I was NEVER notified that this would happen by either the BHA or the tenant. Of course the BHA does not return my phone calls. Obviously my only alternatives are eviction and never trust or renting to section 8 again.By Bill Scafidi, August 12, 2017
