  I rarely ever post reviews, I have to express that my most recent experience at this branch was a nightmare! After being a member with this bank for over 5 years, my family and I were treated in the most disrespectful way possible. The purpose for my visit was to be authorized on the account of my step-father per his wishes and request new debit card as his was expired (he was present, is unfortunately medically fragile, in rehab after suffering several strokes) this is why he appointed me to step up and help. From the moment my family and I entered the bank there was no empathy for our circumstances, we received push back in the rudest way possible. The staff went to the extent of getting a creole speaking interpreter ( my step father speaks Spanish) without anyone's consent to get an interpreter. The rep out loud in front of my family spoke to me about my account being negative (my account was not the reason we were there), later this caused for some concern from my mother. I became beyond frustrated, I felt as though the two bank representatives treated my family and myself as though we were trying to take control over my step father's account without his consent. Obstacles were placed before us every step of the way at this branch, for example my address needed updating by TWO digits, the rep said the process could not go on, instead of offering a change of address form (which would have solved the problem), I had to request the form (thank goodness I had knowledge of that form). They wanted a bill with my address on it, I found one, it wasn't good enough because it did not show current date. On my ID my name is hyphenated, it's not in the banks system, so they said there was a name discrepancy. Ultimately the process was completed, after I continued to advocate furiously. They were harsh, lacked understanding and empathizing with families going through this. I also understand that they were perhaps being protective, regardless my family's experience at this branch was nothing short of disgusting.
